Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: 

By booking and using our services each client and members of their group accepts the Terms and Conditions contained herein and expressly releases Primrose Path Villa from any and all liability.

 Reservation:

The Party Leader (Person in whose name the booking is made) will be responsible for the full cost of the accommodation and other services contracted. A Confirmation is issued upon receipt of payment for your booking. Please make sure

to check your Confirmation carefully to ensure that you have been confirmed for what you intended to book.

Check in/Check out:

Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

Only breakfast is served on day of check out.

Payments:

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period. If your reservation is less than 30 days to the start of the booking period, full payment is required. 

Refunds
Please note that cancellation of your booking may result in forfeiture of your payments. We therefore highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect you from unforeseen events.

  1. Cancellation of reservations in the Low Season (April 16 – December 14)
    (a). Sixty (60) or more days prior to the arrival, a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid, plus US$100 administrative fee will be charged.

(b).  Less than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, all funds will forfeited.

2.  Cancellation of reservations in the High Season (December 15 – April 15), or any holiday weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

(a). More than one hundred and twenty(120) or ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% plus US$100 administrative fee of the amount paid will be charged.

(b).  Less than one hundred and twenty (120) or ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date, all funds paid will be forfeited.

There is no refund under any circumstances for any unused portion of booked accommodation(s), late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance.

Satellite, Cable, Telephone & Utilities
There is no refund or compensation for the failure, interruptions or malfunction of satellite, cable, telephone and other utilities provided in the accommodation.

Building Work & Nuisance
From time to time, there might be building work and associated noises that are unavoidably close to your accommodation. This unfortunately is not under our control and we therefore accept no responsibility for same.

Maintenance and Repairs
We will do our best to ensure that any necessary repairs and maintenance work are carried out as quickly as possible after we are notified, in order to minimize any inconvenience to you.

What IS Included
Rates are inclusive of all Jamaican taxes, staff salaries, laundry, utilities (water and electricity) cleaning, and all household supplies. Your accommodation is equipped with linen, bath and beach towels, dishes, utensils, soap and toilet tissue. One courtesy round-trip transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport is provided to guests booked for 7 or more nights with all guests arriving and departing together.

What is NOT Included
Rates are not inclusive of any insurance, flights, airport charges, car rentals, baggage handling, staff gratuities, telephone charges, food, beverages, liquor, personal items and expenses, dry cleaning, or babysitting. If startup groceries is required, we request that you notify us at least 5 days prior to your arrival.
